Please note that all custom orders are final and non-refundable. Since these items are made specifically to your requests, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalized or made-to-order products.
However, for our pre-set, bulk-made items, we are happy to offer refunds or replacements in the case of damage or defects. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
